Event Classes and rules:

Class 1 – Male/Open 17 – 34 years                            

2000m run in 6:50.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every second

200m swim in 2:35.00 = 1000 points and +/- 4 points every 0.5

Class 2 – Male/Open 15/16 years 

2000m run in 6:55.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every second

200m swim in 2:30.00 = 1000 points and +/- 4 points every 0.5

Class 3 – Male/Open 13/14 years

1000m run in 3:10.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:14.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 4 – Male/Open 11/12 Years

1000m run in 3:25.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:20.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 5 – Male 8/9/10/Open years and under

1000m run in 3:40.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:25.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 6 – Male/Open 35 and over

1000m run in 3:00.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:12.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Standard age 40, Age handicap = +/- points per year (6 run /5 swim)

Class 7 – Female 17 -34 years

2000m run in 7:50.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every second

200m swim in 2:45.00 = 1000 points and +/- 4 points every 0.5

Class 8 – Female 15/16 years

2000m run in 8:00.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every second

200m swim in 2:40.00 = 1000 points and +/- 4 points every 0.5

Class 9 – Female 13/14 years

1000m run in 3:45.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:14.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 10 – Female 11/12 years

1000m run in 4:00.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim 1:20.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 11 – Female 8/9/10 years and under

1000m run in 4:15.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:25.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Class 12 – Female 35 and over

1000m run in 3:40.00 = 1000 points and +/- 6 points every second

100m swim in 1:15.00 = 1000 points and +/- 5 points every 0.5

Standard age 40 Age handicap = +/- points per year (6 run / 5 swim)

Run will be rounded up/down to the nearest second

Swim will be rounded up/down to the nearest 0.5

ENTRY OPTIONS:

(Age on 28th June 2026)

Individual - Compete in the Run and Swim on your own. Competitor will compete within their own age classification.

Duo - Partner up so one person completes the Run and one person completes the Swim. This can be two competitors from any class. Points scored will be as above, based on the classification of each athlete.
